Btrieve Status 20- No Pervasive Database

Q: My computer has been updated and now I cannot log into Certiflex. I am receiving an unable to open CertiflexDimension user list, Btrieve status 20, possible cause – “no pervasive database”.

A: Please try right clicking on the CertiflexDimension icon then select run as administrator. This should solve status 20, if not please contact support @ 1 800-237-8435 for additional solutions.
