Calculating Amount of Employee Pay Per Period From Yearly Wages

Q:  Is there a way to automatically calculate what an employee’s pay is for each period if I only know their yearly wages? 
A:  Yes.  Go to >Maintain Lists, >Payroll, and >Employees.  Under the Pay Data & History tab, select your Pay Frequency and input the annual salary amount for the employee in the Current Standard Salary box.  Press the F5 key on your keyboard and the system will then automatically calculate the pay period amount for you.
