Q: When installing Disk Maintenance I choose Option 3 and get an error that my disk maintenance is not active.
A: Disk Maintenance installation is designed to install updates published since the previous release only. The system checks internal client registration information to see if your account is active. If your account status is expired you may update it via the internet by going to Help> Check Disk Maintenance Status> Update via internet> OK and close. If you do not have the internet please call 1.800.237.8435 for a renewal key.
NOTE: If you have not installed the previous updates, you can do a full install using the Disk Maintenance CD. After inserting the CD, select Option 1 and follow the prompts. You must have your CD Key and Authorization Code for a complete the installation.
